- 1 ½ cups orange juice
- 300g strawberries, leaves removed
- 1 pear, cored, skin on
- handful of mint
- 1 ripe banana, chopped
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse to blend until well combined, about 1 minute. Serve in glasses.
TO STORE: I tend to make this smoothie at night and keep it in the fridge, covered, until the next morning.
